We want you to love your new scarf! To ensure a smooth process, please review our policy: • You are allowed to open the scarf and check it while the courier is waiting. If you find any issues before the courier leaves, you may reject the item immediately. • We only accept returns for items that are defective or damaged. If your scarf is defective, you must notify us and initiate the return within 5 working days of receiving your order. • We cannot accept returns or exchanges for any scarf that has been scented (e.g., perfume), pinned or used.
